Kitchener 2 Lofted is a 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom model with a loft making it a great rental cabin, tiny home or ADU. The main living space has vaulted/cathedral ceilings and the loft is a great storage area, plus a covered front entry/deck to relax on. The sidewall height is 89″ to the underside of the loft floor and the loft floor to the peak is approximately 55″.
