Aspen is a compact 2 bedroom lofted home with a lofted area ideal for storage. The total footprint has 872 sq’ with an additional 247 sq’ of storage in the loft. Sidewall height is 95″ to the underside of the loft floor beams providing plenty of ceiling height in the lower bedrooms. The loft has sidewalls of 16″ and a total of 60″ of ceiling height. The balance of the house has vaulted/cathedral ceilings throughout and provides all the basic for a starter home, granny flat or recreational cabin.  This model can be assembled by 3 people in 7 days
